1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes via our courier partners.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro / other locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 applies to orders below this threshold and to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shown at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track your shipment status.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
