At Shilpi Collection, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds work.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us at contact@shilpicollection.com or +91 72328 46472 with your Order ID as soon as possible.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return as per the policy below.
2. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Innerwear, customised/altered garments, and items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return, for hygiene and customisation reasons.
- To initiate a return, email us at contact@shilpicollection.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged/defective).
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable, or ask you to self-ship the item; return shipping costs for defective/wrong items are borne by us, while returns for other reasons (e.g., size/preference) may be borne by the customer.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection at our end.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via PayU within 7–10 business days of the return being received and approved.
- For prepaid orders that are cancelled before shipping, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days.
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is processed, along with the transaction reference.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return the original item as per the policy above and place a new order.
